Brief C.V.

Nell KAYE (née Sidersky) was born 1912 in Johannesburg; studied sculpture at the Johannesburg School of Art (1930-1934) and the Michaelis School of Fine Art, Cape Town (under Lippy Lipshitz) (1950s). Nell KAYE was Chairlady of the SA Association of Arts, Cape Town, over many years.

Received numerous private and public commissions for portrait busts of public figures:

Died 1969 in Rondebosch, Cape Town
